Iqaluit RCMP hold news conference on Happy Valley lockdown

Iqaluit RCMP are expected to update the public Friday afternoon on the situation that led to a 42-hour standoff in Iqaluit's Happy Valley neighbourhood this week, as well as the search for two Dutch skiers who went missing near Resolute Bay.
