AFN chief: feds need to be at aboriginal affairs discussions

At a meeting of provincial and territorial ministers and aboriginal leaders in Yellowknife Tuesday, Assembly of First Nations chief Perry Bellegarde called out the federal government, saying they need to be part of the discussion.
