Fort Simpson not prepared for flood scenario, says mayor

Fort Simpson mayor Sean Whelley says that his community, which sits on the banks of the Mackenzie River, needs a better flood evacuation plan. The current plan would see 800-plus residents evacuated to Yellowknife after camping out at the airport.
